Bought a new GMC crew cab 1500 SLT. Very Professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend you go to them. I live approx 30 miles north of Jeff City and tried to buy local b Very Professional and easy to do business with. I would recommend you go to them. I live approx 30 miles north of Jeff City and tried to buy local but could not get a reasonable price. Dealer here wanted more for a 1 year old vehicle with 8,000 miles than I could buy new at Riley. Same truck. Same options. The local salesman called the day after I bought and said "I would have beaten their price". Maybe but it is not my job to go back and forth to get a car dealer to give me a decent price. When you spend $50k+ you expect to get a good value and fair offer without getting yanked around. More

Save Yourself I cannot recommend against this dealership strongly enough. After I had negotiated a deal with trade-in over the phone and then drove hundreds of mile I cannot recommend against this dealership strongly enough. After I had negotiated a deal with trade-in over the phone and then drove hundreds of miles, they tried to completely change the terms of our deal without even mentioning it. After questioning the change thinking it must be a mistake, they refused to honor the original deal. If that wasn't enough, the sales staff and manager I dealt with interrupted our conversations multiple times for phone calls and were in no hurry to end the call. If you're looking for a dealership that is trustworthy with an honest sales staff, save yourself a lot of time and go somewhere else. More
