Begin your culinary feast with the choice of the Shrimp Toast made with 3 Caviar Sauce; Australian Caesar Salad made with Bacon, Egg, Avocado, Parmesan and Croutons; or the Salmon Tartare made with Quail Egg, Brioche and Fennel Fronds.

For the second course, select from Spaghetti Pomodoro made with San Marzano Tomatoes and Fresh Basil or the Alaskan Black Cod made with Baby Bok Choy and a Yuzu Beurre Blanc sauce, each expertly prepared to showcase the bounty of the sea. Finally, savor the indulgent Caviar Ball, a decadent blackberry cheesecake, as the perfect conclusion to your dining experience.
